Amelie Giampaoli

Amelie returns to Absolute Volleyball Club as the Co-Head Coach of 11 Pink and Assistant Coach of 13 White for the 2025–26 season. In prior years, she served as Head Coach of 12 White and Assistant Coach of 14 White.

Although this is her first full season with AVC, Amelie brings over 10 years of experience as both a player and a coach. As a setter at Elsie Allen High School, she was recognized for her leadership and strong court awareness. After high school, she continued to stay deeply involved in the sport, coaching a variety of teams, including most recently a 16-3 team that finished 2nd in Bronze at their final tournament.

Amelie’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that volleyball should be both fun and rewarding for athletes of all levels. She is dedicated to providing players with a well-rounded development experience, focusing not only on technical skills but also on personal growth. She views sports as a powerful tool for building life skills and aims to help athletes reach their full potential while cultivating a love for the game.

She emphasizes hard work, consistency, teamwork, and a positive mindset as keys to success both on and off the court. Amelie works to create an environment where players feel confident, supported, and motivated to give their best effort at all times.

Outside of coaching, Amelie enjoys spending time outdoors, watching movies, and being with her nieces and nephews. She is especially excited to be part of the AVC family and looks forward to guiding her players through a season of growth, learning, and fun.

Amelie’s commitment to her players’ development and her passion for the sport make her a valuable addition to the AVC coaching staff.
