Mandy Willian

Mandy brings a strong background in competitive volleyball and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the court. A three-year varsity player in high school, she excelled as a Middle and Opposite Hitter, earning Second Team All-League honors as a junior and First Team All-League and Co-Captain recognition as a senior. Her time with Coast Volleyball Club helped refine her game, earning her multiple All-Tournament Team honors and teaching her the importance of teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

After an injury, Mandy continued to play recreationally through college and beyond, recently rediscovering her love for the sport through beach volleyball. She has been coaching at Redwood High School for the past two years, following six years of CYO coaching experience, and is excited to lead 12 Pink this season—focusing on improving fundamentals, building confidence, and being her players’ loudest cheerleader.

Mandy also gives back to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for Bump It Up, a nonprofit started by an Absolute Volleyball player that provides free volleyball clinics for girls who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play. Outside of volleyball, she serves as the Director of Marketing for ExtraFood, a nonprofit dedicated to delivering healthy food to people facing hunger. She loves spending her free time traveling and making memories with her husband and two daughters.
