Session 1 Practices are Wednesdays 4:00 – 5:30 PM starting January 4!
This is an introduction to volleyball for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders interested in learning about teamwork, being aggressive and the fundamentals of the game. No volleyball experience is necessary. The girls will play on a smaller court, with lighter volleyballs and a lower net.
There will be 2 sessions. The first will run January – March and the second will April – May. Practices will be held at the AVC training facility in San Rafael once a week. The program will be run by Coach Jen Curtin who coaches and teaches at Saint Ignatius.
The program is limited to the first 30 girls to sign up and tryout. The cost of the program is $500 for each session and is due the first day of each session. All participants will receive an AVC T-Shirt.
