Directors
The AVC staff is led by husband and wife duo, Konrad Ott and Katie Pease. Together they bring a disciplined yet caring approach to all aspects of the program. They are two of the most successful coaches in Northern California. With a combined 30 years of club, high school and collegiate coaching experience Katie and Konrad have 15 NCS titles, 28 League Titles, and a high school coaching record of 937 – 195. Together their passion and love for the sport has made Marin County volleyball a regional power.
